disambiguation vs. set index
[edit]When Special:WhatLinksHere/Primorye clearly indicates that references to this term are ambiguous between the region and the villages - in fact I can't seem to find any link that doesn't refer to the region - then I don't see any reason not to consider the term inherently ambiguous, so it needs disambiguation. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 13:00, 30 January 2012 (UTC)
- Joy, "Primorye", when referring to the federal subject, should always be changed to "Primorsky Krai", as the former is an informal name, using which is not quite encyclopedic (unless the term itself is being discussed). I'll have those fixed today. And the inhabited localities are routinely organized as set indices (see the cat); what's missing here are the refs, which I will also add today, so there is no confusion in the future. - OK, so you think the krai is primary topic for "Primorye". That's another way of disambiguating, too, thanks. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 12:52, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
